Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is usually processed within 5–7 business days, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned parcel.

Return conditions

You can request a return within 14 days from receiving your order.

To make sure your return is processed on time, we recommend submitting your return request as soon as possible.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and undamaged.
• The item must not have lost its original appearance.
• Original labels and tags must still be attached.
• The item should be returned in its original packaging, where possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

How to return an item

To return an item, please log in to your customer account using the same email address you used when placing your order.

From your account, select the order and submit a return request.

After your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.

Return shipping

For international orders, return shipping is free of charge.

Please do not send the parcel back before your return request is approved. This allows us to provide the correct prepaid return label and process your return faster.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, please return the item through your customer account and place a new order for the preferred item.
