Refunds are processed within 1-14 days to the customer’s bank account, depending on the day of the week we receive the returned item. Typically, all refunds are processed on Fridays. Most customers receive their money back within 5-7 days.

Return Conditions:

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. This means we must receive the returned item within 14 days, so we recommend not delaying to ensure you meet this deadline. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the return.

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Important:

• The returned item must be in its original packaging;

• The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;

• The item must retain its commercial appearance, and labels must not be damaged or removed.
