Lately, we've been putting a lot of focus on our internal production processes. One of the main questions we keep coming back to: how do we fulfil your orders faster?

Until now, like many other Lithuanian manufacturers, we sewed only after receiving an order. That meant a waiting time of 7–14 days — for us, up to 7 working days. Keeping the entire range in stock felt simply impossible.

After many long discussions, we decided to take a different approach: reduce the assortment and, based on sales data, identify the most popular models. These are the ones we'll now produce in advance and keep in stock. If an item isn't ready, it won't be available to order.

Why? Because we want your orders to reach you as quickly as possible. And honestly — competition in the leisurewear market is intense right now. It sometimes feels like there are more sellers than buyers 😊

Our goal: have our TOP models ready so we can ship your order the same day or the next working day after payment.

To make this work, we needed to fully stock our fabric warehouse. Efficient production planning means keeping at least 2–3 tonnes of fabric on hand at all times. That's a significant investment — so we turned to our newsletter subscribers for help.

Right now, our store still shows the standard message — production up to 7 working days. But if you order today, there's a good chance your parcel will arrive much sooner. We're not making it official just yet — first we want to test everything properly and make sure the processes run smoothly. Once we're confident, we'll update the delivery timelines accordingly.
